Fans of Rambo cannot wait for the final installment of the beloved action franchise. Rambo V: Last Blood is certainly one of 2019’s most anticipated movies. While people wait for its release, its main star decided to give them another glimpse of the movie.

A Horse With No Name

Sylvester Stallone went on Instagram to share another photo from the set. This photo finds Rambo riding through the town on his horse. Fortunately, this won’t be the last tease we’ll get from the star.

Orion Pictures

“Every few days until the MOVIE comes out I’m going to post images from the upcoming RAMBO. See if you can follow along with the story using your imagination. All of the images that I post will be in black-and-white, but the film will be in dramatic color,” he stated.

A Decade In The Works

Rambo V: Last Blood was originally announced back in 2008. Two years later, Stallone retired the character. “For Rambo to go on another adventure might be, I think, misinterpreted as a mercenary gesture and not necessary. I don’t want that to happen,” he told Empire Online. Fortunately, Stallone changed his mind and started working on the film’s script.

In this film, Rambo has to find his friend’s daughter, who was kidnapped by the cartel. Joining Last Blood are Oscar nominated actress Adriana Barraza, Paz Vega, and Yvette Monreal in her film debut.

That’s A Wrap!

Upon finishing the film in December, Stallone looked back on the history of Rambo. “It’s been an amazing journey, it really has. This character was presented to me in 1980 and no one wanted to do it. As a matter of fact, I was the 11th choice. People looked at this as sort of almost a cursed project. I looked at that and said, ‘This is an amazing opportunity,'” he said on Instagram.
