His Babysitters Were Famous

Back in the day, Reeves’ mom Patricia Taylor was a British costume designer and actress with tons of connections in the biz. Since she got to work for huge stars like David Bowie, Reeves was always around celebrities like Dolly Parton. According to legend, even Alice Cooper babysat young Reeves!

He Was Booted From High School

Although Reeves is known for his rugged good looks and stellar acting skills, he wasn’t exactly the best student. Before he was famous, Reeves was a little too wild for high school and got kicked out of his performing arts school. “I was greasy and running around a lot,” Reeves revealed.

He’s Bomb At Hockey

Reeves is Canadian, so of course, he indulged in their favorite national sport: hockey. Apparently, he was pretty good at it too. He even dreamed of going pro someday, and his hockey buddies nicknamed him “The Wall.” Although he put this ambition on hold to pursue acting, he continued to play recreationally.

He Rocked It As A Musician
