You need Fleece-lined leggings in your wardrobe

Published

Not to sound like your mother, but unless you are lucky enough to live in a state where you don’t have to worry about freezing to death, you are going to need warm clothing. Winter becomes the season of layers and sweaters but a lot of people just accept the fact that you can’t really keep your legs warm. Have you ever tried to wear more than one kind of pants? It isn’t the easiest (or the comfiest) thing to do.

Unfortunately, it is not considered appropriate to wear sweatpants all the time, and jeans can be stiff and cold. You may look cute in your cotton leggings but let’s be real, they are barely keeping your legs from freezing. Some people try to layer by wearing leggings under jeans but if you are like me, it is difficult enough sliding on skinny jeans as it is.

What I’m here to tell you is you don’t need to just accept that your legs will be cold until June! You know that nice warm feeling you feel when wearing a fleece jacket or a North Face? What if I told you that you can have that same feeling, but on your legs. If you haven’t tried the latest trend already, you need to go invest in a pair of fleece-lined leggings. It is totally worth it. Warning, though, once you go fleece, you will never want to wear cotton leggings again.

I’m not even kidding about how warm they feel. It’s like wearing a blanket around my legs all day! If you want to survive this winter, go buy yourself a pair of fleece-lined leggings. Trust me, you will be thankful to whoever invented them.

You can find them in pretty much any clothing store, from Target to Macy’s to Anthropology. Just look for them and you will find them!

Happy shopping!
