In 2004, the world was introduced to an awkward teenager named Napoleon Dynamite. Based off the short film Peluca, the indie comedy became a box office success earning $46 million. It’s been nearly 15 years since Napoleon Dynamite, so we’re taking a look at some of the cast members of this beloved film to see what they’ve been up to lately.

Napoleon Himself

Jon Heder, who played the title role or Napoleon Dynamite, still finds time to deliver laughs on the big screen in films like Blades of Glory and Surf’s Up. The Colorado native has also lent his voice to the popular Disney series Pickle and Peanut. In 2016, he welcomed his fourth child with his wife Kirsten Bales.

Drinking One Percent

Tina Majorino, who played Deb, has been busy with recurring roles in True BloodGrey’s Anatomy, and Bones. She also took some time to start a rock band with her brother Kevin called The AM Project. In 2014, she reprised the role of Cindy in the Veronica Mars film.

The Other Duff

Haylie Duff had her breakthrough role in the film as superficial cheerleader Summer Wheatley. In 2014, the Texas native started working with The Cooking Channel as host for Real Girl’s Kitchen and Haylie’s America. In early 2018, she revealed her pregnancy with her second child with entrepreneur Matt Rosenberg. The two were engaged back in 2014.

Pedro Nation

After playing Pedro, Efren Ramirez landed the role of Venus in the Crank film franchise. Aside from acting, the California native also DJs at various events across the country. Along with Chris Barrett, he co-wrote the book Direct Your Own Life: How to Be a Star in Any Field You Choose.

Your Sensei

Diedrich Bader has spent the past 25 years gracing our screens with memorable roles in The Drew Carey Show and American Housewife. Since 2001, Bader has voiced numerous DC characters, including Zeta on The Zeta Project and Batman in Batman: The Brave and the Bold. He currently lives in Los Angeles with his wife Dulcy Rogers.
