Happily Married Celebrity Couples That Live Separate Lives

Published

on

Many married people enjoy coming home to their spouse every day. For celebrities, this tends to change over time. With new work opportunities, they don’t get to spend as much time together. We take a look at some married couples that still love each other while doing their own thing.

Surf’s Up, Dude

For over 15 years, Julia Roberts and Danny Moder have been in marital bliss. As a surfing enthusiast, Moder can’t get enough of catching waves. Roberts decided to make things easier by buying him his own surf shack near their mansion. This spot is located next to Little Dume, which is a private surfing area in Malibu.

Some Unscripted Independence

As actors, Bryan Greenberg and Jamie Chung are often away from each other working on projects. Fortunately, this distance has made their relationship become much stronger. “I do think that we live — not separate lives — but kind of. I mean I spent six months in Atlanta and Bryan was working in New York, but I really do think it’s having something you love but it’s just really yours. A little bit of independence,” Chung told US Weekly.

Bend It Like Beckham

With a combined net worth of $660 million, David Beckham and Victoria Beckham are swimming in cash. Their career choices have found them living in different countries. David is busy as president of Inter Miami CF while Victoria works in the fashion industry. Despite their hectic schedules, the two find time to spend together with their four children.

A Decade Apart

Many couples wind up living with each other within a year of dating. This isn’t the case for Younger star Nico Tortorella and his wife Bethany Meyers. The pair have been through the ups and downs together for over a decade. While they don’t live together, they do manage to stay in touch. “We see each other on a weekly basis. We’re FaceTiming all day, every day,” Tortorella told People.

Keeping Up With Kim And Kanye

Over the years, Kanye West and Kim Kardashian have been moving from city to city. Recently, West decided to settle down in Chicago while Kardashian stayed in Los Angeles. Kardashian chose to not follow her husband because she wants to be closer to family. Fortunately, the two are basically inseparable when they’re travelling.
