A Woman Named Samantha Is Living Proof This Lifestyle Works

Samantha credits the keto diet for her 63-pound weight loss, and she didn’t even have to work out to see results.

“When you limit your carbohydrate and sugar intake, your body stops using glucose and insulin. With this, your body can enter a natural state of ketosis, where ketones are produced to help break down fats,” she stated.

Samantha used to do HIIT and strength training exercises, but some health problems caused her to stop.

“I had many life changes, so I have taken a bit of a break from the gym,” she admitted. After being diagnosed with polycystic ovarian syndrome her doctor suggested she make some changes to her diet.

She then began seeing a nutritionist, and she has spent the past 13 months on a keto diet.

Samantha’s Results Have Been Eye-Opening

The number on the scale isn’t the only dramatic change Samantha has experienced.

She claimed to never have any energy before she made changes to her diet, but now she feels she can take on anything.

“Now I have tons of energy and my focus is always sharp. It has also given me self-confidence and taught me the valuable lesson of self-love, which is the most important lesson for women to have,” Samantha stated.

She has even seen a massive improvement in her PCOS symptoms, revealing that dietary changes can make all of the difference.

Although her success on the keto diet has been profound, Samantha is the first admit it isn’t always easy.

“It tests your self-control and willpower. You get many cravings for sugar and high-carb foods, but there are always options,” she stated.
