If you don’t know Keanu Reeves for his acting, you know him for his kindness. It’s hard to go anywhere without hearing that Keanu did another philanthropic act. While shooting Bill & Ted Face the Music, he invited a Make-A-Wish kid on set for some fun.

Making Emily’s Wish Come True

Hailing from New Jersey, Emily can’t get enough of Bill & Ted’s Excellent Adventure. Despite being born a decade after its original release, it became an all-time favorite. When Make-A-Wish asked what she desired, Emily knew she wanted to meet Keanu in person. Fortunately, Reeves found out about her request and invited her to the set of the new Bill & Ted film. The actor allowed Emily to watch them film a particular scene down in Louisiana. Emily’s mother Deborah was thrilled to see her daughter chat with her favorite movie star. “It was an unbelievable day. She hasn’t been this happy in months! Keanu seemed to be having as much fun with Emily as she was with him,” Emily’s mother said in a statement.

One Way To Get Reeves’ Attention

This isn’t the first cool fan interaction Reeves had while filming in the area. At the recent E3 press conference, the actor proclaimed, “You’re breathtaking” to a room of gamers. Louisiana native Stacey Hunt knew Reeves was in town and wanted to show her support. In front of her home, she placed a sign with his viral phrase on it. Reeves saw the sign while driving through town and added his own signature. Hunt and her family would meet Reeves and take a photo with him. “Wow! Yesterday was a dream come true! We knew @KeanuReevess_ was filming up the street so my son said we need to make a sign that says “you’re breathtaking” so we did! A few cars stopped but then a car stopped and there he was!! He actually stopped! Oh my heavens!” Hunt tweeted.

Bill & Ted Face the Music writer Ed Solomon jokingly stated punishment will take place for this rare fan moment. “We here on the movie do not support vandalism. Of any kind. We take this matter very seriously, and you can be assured we will prosecute to the fullest extent of the law,” Solomon tweeted.

A Humble Guy

For years, Reeves has been known to be one of the nicest guys around. Oscar-winning actress Octavia Spencer’s car broke down before one of her first auditions in Hollywood. No one assisted her because the car was covered in filth. Fortunately, Reeves could lend a helping hand. “He was on a motorcycle, wearing his motorcycle helmet and sunglasses and I didn’t recognize it was him when he pulled over. And he was like, ‘Hey, do you need some help?’,” Spencer said on The Meredith Vieira Show.

In 1997, Reeves was seen hanging out with a homeless man in West Hollywood. At this point, Reeves was earning millions for films such as Speed and Johnny Mnemonic. The actor put his wealth aside and had a conversation with someone less fortunate. While paparazzi took some photos, it wasn’t a publicity stunt for a movie. Reeves was just curious about this man’s story.

A Great Inspiration

When asked about his new role as the Internet’s boyfriend, Reeves was shocked. “That’s, uh, that’s wacky. Well, the positivity’s great,” the actor told People. With a plethora of amazing tales about the actor, it’s easy to see why he’s loved. His kindness has inspired others to show love for their fellow man. While shooting for Bill & Ted Face the Music is ongoing, Reeves might have more wild fan interactions. The third film in the Bill & Ted franchise will be released on August 21, 2020.
