Jersey Shore

The Jersey Shore franchise is continuing to expand! Stars Paul “DJ Pauly D” Delvecchio and Vinny Guadagnino are starring in a new series on MTV and it’s all going down in Sin City!

Party In Vegas

Las Vegas has always been a problem city for the Jersey Shore cast during their trips, clearly documented on Jersey Shore Family Vacation. However, Delvecchio and Guadagnino are bringing their bromance back to Sin City for this new docuseries. Delvecchio already lives in the city and has had a DJ residency there, and Guadagnino just wrapped up a residency on the strip as a celebrity host at Chippendale’s. The show will detail their work in the city as they attempt to give their personal friends a chance at the Las Vegas lifestyle. Together, Delvecchio and Guadagnino will show that they’re the perfect examples of the saying “work hard, play hard.” The show, tentatively titled DJ Pauly D and Vinny’s Vegas Pool Party, is currently in production and will premiere in 2020.

Double Shot At Love

DJ Pauly D and Vinny’s Vegas Pool Party is a followup to the duo’s recent reality show, Double Shot at Love with DJ Pauly D and Vinny. The show became the #1 new cable series of 2019 with adults aged 18-49 on Thursday nights. The show detailed Delvecchio and Guadagnino’s journey to finding love with different female contestants and was filled with crazy challenges and intimate moments as the ladies fought for the duo’s attention. Double Shot at Love lasted for 12 episodes and ended with Guadagnino choosing between contestants Elle Wilson and Alysse Joyner, while Nikki Hall and Derynn Paige competed for Delvecchio’s heart. Delvecchio eventually chose himself, and Guadagnino linked up with Joyner for a short time before the romance eventually fizzled off-screen. There is no word yet if there will be a season two of the show, but at least audiences will continue to see more of Delvecchio and Guadagnino on this new series. Guadagnino had previously alluded to the spinoff in an interview with Jenny McCarthy Wahlberg on her SiriusXM show. She asked if he and Delvecchio were filming another season of Double Shot at Love. “Is that a trick question?” the MTV personality responded with a laugh before hinting at a project in the works. “But we are talking about cooking something up in that realm of Double Shot at Love, but not particularly a dating show.”

Upcoming Ventures

In addition to the new show and their residencies, the bros continue to work hard and enjoy life. As Delvecchio continues to travel the world partying and showing off his skills as a DJ in different cities, Guadagnino has gone on to become an author! The Staten Island native recently returned to his hometown to promote his new book, The Keto Guido Cookbook: Delicious Recipes to Get Healthy and Look Great. The book showcases great ketogenic recipes as well as his personal journey to the keto lifestyle. “Growing up in a big Italian family didn’t naturally lend itself to a carb-free lifestyle―so when Vinny started the ketogenic diet, the transformation in his body amazed him,” an online description of the book read. “He realized that eating keto was both healthy and sustainable, and he had never felt better. To share his passion for this way of eating, Vinny created the moniker “keto guido,” and started posting his recipes online.” That led to him creating a full cookbook for fans to enjoy. During his promotion event, his Jersey Shore co-stars Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi and Deena Nicole Cortese made a surprise appearance. In true meatball fashion, the two brought pizzas from Tommy’s Tavern and a mariachi band with them as a joke. The stunt, which will appear in the next season of Jersey Shore, left Guadagnino shocked, but elicited applause and excitement from the crowd. With all of this on their plate, Delvecchio and Guadagnino definitely have their hands full.
