There wasn’t a dry eye in theaters following the ending of Avengers: Infinity War. With many heroes gone, the remaining Avengers are going to find a way to save the world. As expected, many heroes will return. We look at who will have important roles in Avengers 4.

With Great Power…

Anyone that knows the forthcoming films in the Marvel Cinematic Universe knows who’s certainly returning. With Spider-Man: Far From Home taking place five minutes after Avengers 4, Spider-Man will be back for more adventures. Nick Fury, who turned to dust while contacting Captain Marvel, will also appear in the Spider-Man movie.

Marvel

Black Panther and Doctor Strange will have upcoming sequels down the line, so their returns are certain.

A Family Affair

Fans of Ant-Man will be glad to know that Dr. Hank Pym, Janet van Dyne, and Hope van Dyne will also return. Those three turned to dust in the post credit scene of Ant-Man and the Wasp, which mostly took place before Infinity War.

Scarlet Witch, who is also having her own show, will return with her love Vision. The revival of Vision is rumored to be based around time travel. He’s not the only one that’s getting the time travel treatment. Loki will return via an important time travel segment involving The Battle of New York.

Here Come The Guardians

Guardians of the Galaxy members Star-Lord, Mantis, Groot, and Drax will reunite with Rocket Raccoon. When it comes to Gamora, however, her way of returning is questionable. She can either find herself being resurrected or she can be come back via time travel. Guardians of the Galaxy 3 was rumored to be centered around bringing Gamora back from the dead. That movie, however, is currently on the shelf indefinitely.
