Real-Life Superhero: Gal Gadot Visits Children’s Hospital Dressed As Wonder Woman

Published

on

Wonder Woman is an international symbol of peace, kindness, and bravery. It seems that actress Gal Gadot is just like the character she plays on film. Only Friday, July 6, Gadot did the most wondrous thing imaginable. The patients of Inova Children’s Hospital in Falls Church, Virginia, were about to have their spirits lifted.

Gal Gadot Visits Leukemia Patient

Karalyne, a seven-month-old girl awaiting a bone marrow transplant, was personally visited by Gal Gadot. To say that her mother, Kelly Swink Sahady, was overjoyed would be an understatement.

Isn’t the sight of this just adorable? The true quality of a hero is compassion. You can see clearly from that smile on her face that Gal Gadot is a truly compassionate human being. She embodies what the character of Wonder Woman stands for both onscreen and off. Just like a true hero, naturally she didn’t stop with visiting just one patient.

Gal Gadot Brings Positivity To The Hospital

The staff of Inova Children’s Hospital were thrilled to see Gal Gadot. She took the time to chat with them and even signed some autographs. Dr. Lucas Callazo wrote on his Twitter that she is “a true Wonder Woman.” There couldn’t be any higher praise for such a wonderful act of kindness.

Look at all those smiles! Gal Gadot, much like Diana Prince herself, seems like a gift from the gods destined to bring happiness and joy to everyone. Speaking of gifts…

Gifts For All

In addition to bringing her positive attitude and wonderful costume, she also brought gifts. The gifts she gave out included some Wonder Woman comics for children, a superhero-themed coloring book, stuffed animals, and so much more. Christmas came early, but instead of Santa Claus delivering gifts, it was Wonder Woman. If only she had brought her invisible jet towed by some reindeer, it would have been picture perfect.

Catch Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman again in Wonder Woman 1984 which is slated to release on November 1, 2019.
