Eminem’s Daughter Hailie Jade Is All Grown Up

While Eminem has millions of fans worldwide, his children are the most important people in his life. His older daughter Hailie Jade has been by his side through the ups and downs. Recently, Hailie has been stepping out in her own spotlight.

Stretch Those Muscles

Everyone has been coping with the coronavirus epidemic. For those looking to work out, it has become a challenge. Millions of people head to the gym every day to get fit and feel better about themselves. Since gyms are temporarily shut down, many have resorted to working out from home.

This is the case with Hailie Jade, who decided to get fit while she’s stuck inside. In her Instagram Stories, Hailie Jade posted videos of herself working on her arms and legs. Some of her exercises included plank shoulder taps and mountain climbers.

Sing For The Moment

Eminem’s rap career catapulted with 1999’s The Slim Shady LP. With fans at every turn, the rapper wanted to bring his daughter along for the ride. Hailie Jade made her music video debut in Limp Bizkit’s “Break Stuff.” In the visual, she’s being held by Limp Bizkit frontman Fred Durst. Eminem, who once collaborated with Limp Bizkit, also appeared in the video. In 2005, Hailie Jade appeared in the music video for Eminem’s “Mockingbird.” This visual found Eminem looking at videos of his daughters. In the music video for “When I’m Gone,” Hailie Jade appears alongside stepsister Whitney Laine Scott. Both songs dealt with the struggles of keeping a family together while having a music career.

Hailie Jade didn’t just appear in front of the camera. Eminem brought her to the recording booth as a special guest. In the aforementioned Slim Shady LP, her baby coos can be heard in “’97 Bonnie & Clyde.” In 2002’s The Eminem Show, she has guest vocals on the track “My Dad’s Gone Crazy.” The track deals with Hailie Jade’s reaction to her father’s wild antics. This track gave her the Guinness World Record for Youngest R&B chart entrant at the age of 6 years and 210 days. The following year, she delivered guest vocals in the song “Doe Rae Me (Hailie’s Revenge).” The diss track stemmed from Ja Rule attacking Hailie Jade in one of his songs. The track also featured Eminem’s friends Obie Trice & D12.

High School Hero

Hailie Jade hasn’t appeared in any Eminem songs since then, but she’s been keeping busy. While she’s the daughter of a famous rapper, she didn’t get sent to private school. She attended Chippewa Valley High School, which is where she was crowned homecoming queen. Eminem quietly hid in attendance to watch the whole thing go down. Because of his status, he didn’t want to take away Hailie Jade’s spotlight.

When she graduated summa cum laude in 2014, Hailie Jade was asked to describe two people that influenced her life. Without hesitation, she gave her parents some much-deserved love. “My mother and father are because they have pushed me to be the person I am and have given me all the support to achieve what I have,” she said in the school’s newsletter.

The College Years

Hailie Jade continued her education by attending Michigan State University. She wasted little time hitting the books; she landed on the coveted Dean’s List. While attending college, Hailie Jade met her boyfriend Evan McClintock. The couple has been seen show affection through Hailie Jade’s Instagram feed.

In 2018, she graduated with a major in psychology. When it came to her career path, she wanted to become a social media influencer. With two million followers on Instagram, it wouldn’t be hard for her to get sponsored.
