With thousands of films available, you can face some tough choices between what to watch and what to save for later. Fortunately, we have a list of movies on the streaming services worth watching ASAP.

Kill Bill

Inspired by grindhouse movies, Kill Bill finds Uma Thurman reuniting with Pulp Fiction director Quentin Tarantino. With a plethora of fight sequences, this is perfect for those looking for an action packed evening. Part 1 and Part 2 earned a combined three Golden Globe nominations, including two for Thurman. Fortunately, both parts are available for your viewing pleasure.

The Sixth Sense

The Sixth Sense helped put director M. Night Shyamalan on the map. The film wouldn’t have been a masterpiece without the duo of Bruce Willis and Haley Joel Osment. For 18 years, it held the title of highest grossing horror film with $672 million made. The Sixth Sense is one of six horror films to gain a Best Picture nomination at the Oscars.

The Breakfast Club

Made on a $1 million budget, The Breakfast Club became the greatest teen flick of all time. It also introduced the world to the acting collective known as the Brat Pack. The movie became so monumental, Congress preserved it for the National Film Registry. After watching the film, you’ll be continously singing Simple Minds’ “Don’t You (Forget About Me).”

The Truman Show

What happens if your life isn’t what it seems? Well, that’s the plot of The Truman Show. The movie follows Truman Burbank and his haunting discovery that his life is being programmed for TV. With the rise of reality TV, this film actually takes on a whole different vibe today.

Black Panther

Black Panther didn’t become one of 2018’s most talked about films for nothing. Directed by Ryan Coogler, the film earned accolades from every direction. If you’re not familiar with the entire Marvel Cinematic Universe, there’s no need to worry. It’s very possible to view Black Panther as a standalone film.
