‘Avengers 4’ Won’t Feature These Epic Marvel Characters

Published

on

Fans are still a bit uneasy after Avengers: Infinity War. Earning over $2 billion, this film set a new standard in comic book movies. We won’t know the conclusion of this exhilarating story until Avengers 4. Unfortunately, you won’t see the following characters making their way into the film.

I’ve Come To Bargain

Marvel fans know that classic scene in Doctor Strange where Dormammu gets caught in a time loop. The villain does walk away at the end, but don’t expect him to appear on the side of Thanos. His addition would only make things a bit harder for the remaining heroes.

Coulson Lives

Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.’s fifth season ended with a dying Phil Coulson transported to Tahiti. While it’s unsure if (and when) he’ll actually die, he won’t be appearing in Avengers 4. As the first original character in the MCU, his death in The Avengers gave the team the power to beat Loki. Rumors of him showing up were derailed by the studio revealing his film return in Captain Marvel. His non-appearance may also be linked to Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. returning to ABC months after Avengers 4.

Marvel

Adam In Chains

While teased in Guardians of the Galaxy 2, Adam Warlock won’t be in Avengers 4. Directors Joe and Anthony Russo confirmed this in an interview with ComicBook.com. “Look, our job as we said a million times is to tell the story of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, not to do direct adaptations of the comics because we’re comic book fans,” Joe stated. In the comic books, Warlock is a crucial part in the Infinity Gauntlet storyline.

Marvel

The Best Defense

With half of the heroes gone, the remaining characters are going to need some help. Unfortunately, the Defenders won’t be there to save the day. Kevin Feige has been pretty tight-lipped about the Netflix heroes joining Avengers 4. Due to everyone’s crazy schedule, however, having them in the film would be difficult.

Marvel

Astonishing And Uncanny

Since Disney announced they were buying Fox, fans have wanted the X-Men to show up in Avengers 4. Unfortunately, they can’t show up due to the deal officially becoming legal only in the summer of 2019. We might get some small references to them in the film, but that’s about it.

Beverly Hills, 90210: Was Luke Perry Team Dylan or Team Brandon?

Some television shows come into our lives at the exact right moment, so that they become inextricably bound with our memories of those complicated coming-of-age years, Beverly Hills 90210 is without a doubt one of those shows. We all tuned in week after week, year after year because the drama was just so addicting. The love triangles! The will-they-won’t-theys! Meanwhile, when the cameras weren’t rolling, the cast was up to plenty of off-set antics of their own. Disclaimer: after you read about what went down, it might have you rethinking everything — were those angsty expressions just good acting, or were they bringing some real-life drama into it?
