10 Signs He’s Only Looking For Sex

Published

Wondering if they guy you’re dating is only trying to get you into bed? Here are ten signs that he’s only dating you for sex.

10. You met him on Tinder.

The concept of the popular dating app is instant gratification, and that’s why its users find it useful. Unlike many other dating services, there’s no process of compatibility other that physical attraction in a split second. It’s very possible that your tinder date is looking for a quick connection.

9. Conversation topics are often very sexual.

If he asks you about your sexual history or preferences right after learning your name, it’s clear what’s on his mind.

8. He makes last-minute plans.

Asking you to “hang out” at the last minute is inconsiderate. He’s not thinking about your prior commitments; he probably didn’t ask you about them. All that’s on his mind is what’s on his agenda.

7. He texts late at night.

“Late night” is different for everyone, but 10:00 p.m. and later is a red flag. By 10:00, plans have already been set in motion. Again, he’s showing a lack of consideration. After midnight is definitely a sign. By midnight, if you’re not partying with friends at the club, you’re in bed. That’s exactly where he wants you

6. He only sends texts.

Someone that cares for you, even a little bit, will pick up the phone and talk to you. This shows regard for more than just his convenience.

5. He wants to get you alone really soon.

Be wary of lines such as “Wanna watch a movie at my place?” This shouldn’t be a first-date setting. If on the first date, he’s trying to get you alone, this is an obvious sign.

4. He’s pushy about being physical.

“Physical” doesn’t always come in the form of “let’s have sex.” Things such as “Let’s go to my place and cuddle,” are red flags as well. Again, he’s trying to isolate you, and be physical. While cuddling, you can expect him to make a move.

3. He’s raunchy.

If he doesn’t use the most polite words to compliment you, he doesn’t care about respecting you. Finding you aesthetically pleasing is one thing, but there is always a polite way to put it.

2. He doesn’t respect boundaries.

You should only have to say “stop” once. Any more than that, and it’s very clear that he doesn’t respect you.

1. He justifies his disrespect.

If you call him out for his raunchy complements and he says “I’m just being real,” you should head for the hills. He’s letting you know that he doesn’t respect you and that he’s entitled to treat you and talk to you any type of way.
