The mystery around Avengers 4 is part of its draw. With no real title, many fans don’t know what to expect. However, there are a few secrets that have been revealed, and the cast tried to keep them hidden for good reason. The last one is a complete game changer!

The End Of Thor?

After Avengers 4, Chris Hemsworth’s (Thor) contract with Marvel is complete. That means there is a good chance he doesn’t survive the film. Another hint at this is that there are no more solo movies scheduled for Thor. But while the god of thunder’s return is in doubt, another Avenger’s return appears to be preordained.

What Dr. Strange Knew

In Avengers: Infinity War, Dr. Strange claimed there was only one way to defeat Thanos. Because he fought to save Tony Stark’s life, it probably involves him. He must have a plan that will serve as the premise of the film. Along with Iron Man, one of Marvel’s other favorite heroes is teased to return.

Even though she died in Infinity War, Mantis is confirmed to return. Actress Pom Klementieff teased her makeup chair on Instagram. Of course, she could just be filming flashback scenes. We would love to see this empath return alive, though. And thanks to the Marvel movie lineup, we know another hero will be returning.

Black Panther Returns

Black Panther is another hero who was killed in Infinity War. Still, he is slated for a sequel to his solo film. Therefore, we can conclude that he’ll be alive and well in Avengers 4. But what about some of the other heroes? Marvel is teasing that a tried and true plot device will be key to bringing back at least some of Marvel fans’ favorite heroes.

Time Travel Plays A Role

It has all but been confirmed that the Avengers will travel through time. Photos from the set show several time travel devices. In addition, it simply makes sense. A lot of popular heroes died in Infinity War. Marvel wouldn’t kill off so many characters permanently. Sure, some will have to stay dead. It will be exciting to see who does come back, though.
