Published

Madonna’s sixteen year old son, Rocco Ritchie was recently arrested in a drug bust. He was caught with cannabis when the neighbors informed the police about the troubled teen. Son of Madonna and Guy Ritchie, Rocco was seen smoking weed with a male friend in his Primrose Hill House, North London.

Rocco Ritchie’s suspicious behavior raised a few eyebrows in his posh neighborhood, and it was his neighbors that called the police to arrest him. According to some sources, after the police were alerted they found the young boy sitting on top of a wall with a friend. As the cops approached towards them, Rocco was seen to toss something discreetly. But that couldn’t stop the officers from arresting him as they found some traces of cannabis on his t-shirt. When he and his belongings were further were further examined, a small amount of Class B drug was discovered in his backpack.

Quite recently, Rocco was in the middle of a bitter divorce issue between his parents, Madonna and director Guy Ritchie. The incident took place in Primrose Hill, which is located in the North of London, about two miles from his father’s home in Fitzrovia. A source mentioned that Rocco had recently become a popular figure in their neighborhood. But it was for all the wrong reasons. He had been spotted several times acting suspiciously. He was also known for his crude and reckless behavior. This incident was the last straw for his neighbors, who not being able to deal with his attitude, reported the police right away.

The sixteen-year-old Ritchie was then dealt under the assistance of the Youth Offending Team of Camden Borough. He was charged under the “triage” scheme for justice. This scheme is only used on youngsters who have committed their first minor offence. During the charge, they are asked to visit a couple of workshop sessions.

Although he wouldn’t end up getting a criminal record for this offense, Ritchie’s records will be kept and observed from time to time. Last month, Rocco Ritchie caught himself in a similar PR mess when he posted a video of child executions on his Instagram, stirring quite a controversy.

Following the arrest, Madonna has stood by her son and also issued a public statement about the matter, calling it a “family matter”.
