Test Your Brain Strength With This Video Exercise!
In 1935, the psychologist, John Ridley Stroop published about an effect that later became known as the Stroop effect that interferes with a person’s reaction time. If you have the name of a color printed with letters of that color, it will be a whole lot easier to say what color the letters are than if the letters were a different color than the word.
Stroop found that many people screw up or take longer to say the color if the names of colors were in a different ink than the color named. Trust me, it is harder than it sounds! It is a good test to see how strong your brain is, though!
Follow the instructions in this video and write down how many you get right. Beware, it gets harder throughout the game!
